Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition
It's very easy to make comparisons between Xenoblade and Tales. After all, both are fantastic JRPGs that blend linearity with sandbox elements and bring exciting and deep tactical combat. And when it comes to the Bandai Namco series, it's hard to find a better way to experience this franchise than an enhanced version of one of its best games, Vesperia.
The game offers a unique and whimsical cast, a deep and semi-open world to explore, tons of side quests, and a distinct line of humans and creatures to face. Vesperia's battle system manages to be even more frantic than Xenoblade, feeling like a fighting game romp with spells and special abilities.

Just like the abilities in Xenoblade Chronicles and the vast Blade system in the sequel, Dragon's Dogma keeps combat fresh and deep with multiple classes and unique skill sets that can be adjusted for each opponent. The game also emphasizes confrontations with enormous beasts, much like many of Xenoblade's creatures and unique monsters that require players to strategize.

Tales of Arise
After several Tales releases, Bandai Namco takes a darker and grander approach with its latest epic game – bringing open-world elements and some Western influence. A dark and sinister tone makes up the atmosphere and settings of Arise; in contrast to the vibrant and whimsical nature of previous entries.
Still, there's plenty of that appealing Tales charm and Japanese mythology for players to enjoy.
