A special trailer for the game Disney Twisted Wonderland was released today, produced by Aniplex in partnership with Walt Disney Japan. The promotional video is only 30 seconds long but boasts exquisite anime-style animation. It is worth noting that the game's art is by mangaka Yana Toboso (Kuroshitsuji).
Additionally, the trailer reveals a snippet of the theme song Piece of My World, performed by the group Night Ravens.

The story begins when the main character is summoned to another world by a magical mirror. There, he arrives at a prestigious magic training school, Night Ravens College. With nowhere else to go, he is offered protection by the school's masked director. Thus, he begins to meet the school's uncooperative but genius students while trying to find a way back home.
Moreover, Night Ravens College has seven dormitories. The characters from each dormitory are inspired by different Disney classics, including Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Snow White, Hercules, The Lion King, and Sleeping Beauty.
Finally, the mobile game Disney Twisted Wonderland, which follows the popular visual novel style, is available for iOS and Android devices only in Japan. Aniplex has not yet announced if the title will be released in the West. We will have to wait and see.
What did you think of the trailer? With such high quality, they could well launch an anime series, right?
