Loki | Post-Credits Scene References The Avengers

In the episode’s post-credits scene, the audience is introduced to four new variants: Classic Loki, Boastful Loki, Kid Loki, and Alligator Loki (unofficial name), after Tom Hiddleston’s variant awakens on the ground following pruning. The way the scene is framed mimics the iconic scene in The Avengers, when Loki is captured by the team while Hawkeye points an arrow at his face. Director Kate Herron tweeted to highlight the similar framing between the scenes, also revealing that the post-credits scene’s soundtrack follows a hint from The Avengers:

Synopsis of Loki:

In Loki, Tom Hiddleston returns as the God of Mischief. The series takes place shortly after the events of Avengers: Endgame.
