Synopsis of the drama "The Killing Vote"

When heinous criminals escape legal punishment, all citizens over 18 receive a text message asking whether this person should receive the death penalty. If more than 50% vote in favor of capital punishment, the person is killed by "Dog Mask" - an unknown individual working under a virtual world persona.
