Stranger Things: Victor Creel's Origin is Revealed

Even before actually appearing, Victor Creel is mentioned in the series. He would have moved to Hawkins in the 1950s, and ended up being accused of murdering his entire family in a tragic event. However, in the fourth episode we saw that his story is much more disturbing. Creel reveals that his family was actually killed by the villain Vecna and that he is Henry Creel, his son. The young man ends up going mad, thus attacking his family, however Victor barely escaped the monster's assault. Henry intentionally used his powers to kill his mother and sister, knowing that his father would take the blame, resulting in Victor's imprisonment. After the attack, the young man was hospitalized, and due to his powers ended up in the Hawkins laboratory. There he received the number 01, being one of the first children of the bizarre project we saw in the series. Despite the brief appearance, Victor Creel is one of the most important characters in the Stranger Things plot. Furthermore, rumors point out that he may return in the fifth and final season of the production. The fourth season of Stranger Things arrived today on Netflix, and is already being considered a huge success. The second part of the series will be released on the streaming service on July 1st.
