Recently, Tomorrow Studios, the production company behind Snowpiercer, acquired full rights to the series. However, it's still unclear how negotiations are progressing for the production to find a new home, even after nearly 90 days since the cancellation announcement. Marty Adelstein, CEO/partner of Tomorrow Studios, expressed his love and enthusiasm for the series in an interview with Deadline:
"We love Snowpiercer and believe that season four completes a story with incredible talent that will entertain viewers while exploring issues of climate change and class warfare. We're so passionate about this series that we acquired controlling rights to the franchise."

Could Netflix Be the Home for Snowpiercer Season 4?
Given that the series gained popularity through the
Netflix streaming service, many fans hope the streaming giant will take over the production rights. However, this seems unlikely at the moment. According to information from the Whats-on-
Netflix website, Netflix only covers part of the series' production costs, which means a smaller investment. This means the service is only obligated to air the series if it airs on some other streaming platform.
Although it makes sense to expect Netflix to be the home for Snowpiercer season 4, especially since they hold international licensing rights, the lack of
news and developments makes this possibility increasingly unlikely as time goes on.
In the meantime, Snowpiercer fans will have to keep hoping and wait for more information about the show's future. Will Netflix or another streaming platform end up rescuing the acclaimed series and giving fans an exciting and satisfying final season? Only time will tell.
