Astral
With an incredible visual design, perhaps the best among all platforms, Astral provides an amazing experience to players due to its numerous features. Furthermore, the application supports various systems such as Call of Cthulhu, Vampire The Masquerade, Pathfinder, Fantasy Age, Forbidden Lands, among others. However, the platform doesn't have a license for Dungeons & Dragons, which is its weak point.
One of the most complete on the market, Fantasy Grounds is one of the most used applications worldwide, since it supports many games. The platform supports D&D Classic, D&D, Pathfinder, Vampire and other systems. Besides that, we find great resources here with thousands of images, maps, character sheets and other supplies for your favorite RPG. However, its free version is only a demo, where you don't have access to all features.
