The correct order to watch the franchise movies is as follows: "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" (2005), "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" (2008), "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" (2010).
In the third film, the Pevensie siblings embark on a voyage aboard the Dawn Treader ship, where they encounter sea creatures, dragons, and other challenges. They unite with Prince Caspian once again to face these adventures.
It's important to note that only three of the seven books by C.S. Lewis have been adapted for cinema. Despite the initial success, subsequent films failed to maintain the same level of public interest, which led to the franchise being abandoned in cinemas. However, there is hope that the story of Narnia can be resumed in the future, as there are still four literary stories remaining to be adapted.
In a recent report, it was announced that director Greta Gerwig will direct a new adaptation of "The Chronicles of Narnia" for Netflix, at least in two films.
